SHIPPING POLICY
At NCNTXT, our products are made to order. Once you place your order, your item is sent into production, printed specifically for you and shipped directly to your nominated delivery address. Please allow for both production and delivery time when placing your order.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We offer Standard and Express shipping Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery, including production: Metro areas: approximately 8–15 business days. Non-metro and regional areas: approximately 8–20 business days
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery, including production: Metro areas: approximately 5–12 business days Non-metro and regional areas: approximately 5–15 business days. Please note that choosing Express Shipping speeds up the delivery portion of your order but does not place your order ahead of other orders in the production queue. Some products, including garments with printing on multiple sides, may require additional production time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Estimated delivery, including production: New Zealand, USA and UK: approximately 2–4 weeks. Most other international destinations: approximately 2–8 weeks International delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination, local postal services, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be imposed by their destination country.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method. Where available, you may choose between Standard and Express shipping.
TRACKING
Tracking is provided for Australian orders. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your delivery. International tracking may be more limited depending on the destination and local postal network.
MADE TO ORDER
All NCNTXT products are made to order and printed specifically for you after your order has been placed. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Production times may vary during peak periods. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and tracking details will be provided. Please note that selecting Express Shipping does not reduce production time. Express Shipping applies to the delivery method once your order has completed production and been dispatched.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays, peak periods, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing or other unexpected disruptions. We recommend allowing additional time if you are ordering for a particular event, holiday or required date.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately through our website contact form. As orders may enter production and fulfilment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has been submitted for production or dispatched. NCNTXT is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect address was provided.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us through our website contact form with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with our fulfilment and shipping partners and work with you to determine the appropriate next step. Please note that a delay does not necessarily mean a parcel has been lost.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing or printing fault, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Where an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be fulfilled or delivered separately. If this occurs, you may receive more than one parcel.
