RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At NCNTXT, each item is made especially for you. Our products are printed on demand, meaning your item is produced specifically after your order has been placed. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
CHANGE OF MIND
As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:
• Ordering the incorrect size
• Selecting the incorrect colour
• Selecting the incorrect design
• Deciding you no longer want the item
• Preferring a different size, colour or style after receiving your order
Please check your order carefully, including the product, design, colour and size, before completing checkout. We strongly recommend reviewing the relevant size guide before ordering.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order. Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
• A photograph of the entire product where possible
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, reprint or refund. For confirmed printing, manufacturing or fulfilment errors, you generally will not be required to return the incorrect or defective item unless we advise otherwise.
SIZING
As every item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot provide an exchange or refund where the incorrect size has been selected. Please refer to the size guide provided on the product page before placing your order. A sizing issue caused by an incorrectly supplied product is different. For example, if you order a Medium and receive a Small, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Our orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the requested change before production begins, however we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered production.
COLOURS & PRODUCT IMAGES
We make every effort to display our products and designs accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and the printing process. Minor variations that are normal characteristics of print-on-demand production may not constitute a product defect. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Other remedies may apply where a product has a minor problem. Our change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products.
